The Carlton Hotel Bangkok commissioned Ellsworth/Limin 2019 for the Pre-Opening and the Grand Opening photography. Working the team from Singapore and Bangkok the project commenced in February of 2020 and to date we are still working the hotel in completing the images for this property which has brought a new concept of hotel to the Bangkok market designed to the business traveler.
Architectural firm OBA based in Bangkok was appointed by Carlton hotel to design its first hotel outside Singapore in Bangkok. The structure of the 34-story building was constructed 10 years ago and has been abandoned since then. The structure was renovated to accommodate 338 guestrooms, a Chinese restaurant from Singapore on the 2nd floor, banquet, function rooms and meeting facilities on 8th and 9th floors linked together by glass lift in an 8-story-high atrium. Executive lounge is located on the 33rd floor. The hotel features sky bar on the top floor with a view towards the west of Sukhumvit Rd.
