The Kempinski brand first approached us in 2019 with a project for the Siam Kempinski Hotel property as the hotel was undergoing a renovation of its twenty-four room types. As the project progressed, the overall scope of the work became more comprehensive, including public areas, F&B, including lifestyle and events. The Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok was designed by HBA / Hirsch Bedner Associates and completed in 2012. In late 2019, the Sindhorn Kempinski property commissioned us to work with them on their Pre-Opening and Grand Opening shoots. Plan Architect designed the Sindhorn Kempinski with Interiors by P49 Deesign & Associates based in Bangkok. In 2018 we started a project with one of Bangkoks' true icons, The Sukhothai Hotel. An urban paradise settings in one of the busiest cities of the world that is pure tranquility. What the project turned into is one of our all time favorite projects commissioned by a local hotelier in Thailand. Even today we continue to work with our client partner in developing more idyllic images showcasing their constant perfections to this luxury brand. Edward Tuttle, an American architect and interior designer who originally designed The Sukhothai Bangkok was named one of Architectural Digest’s “Top 100 Architects in the World”. His other major work includes Aman resorts around the world and Hyatt properties such as the Park Hyatt Milan. His preference for clean, simple lines and his eclectic use of building materials reflect an aesthetic sensitivity and originality that often distinguish his works as timeless architectural classics.
